The welcome and helpfulness of Kemal and his staff was exceptional. Bedrooms are small and could do with a chest of drawers but overall good value and very clean and comfortable. Where else would somebody like Ferredoun go out to buy complimentary nuts for guests at 11.30 at night.
Staff are generally very helpful and pleasant. They welcome us very warmly with Turkish tea and delights. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and towels changed daily . Hotel is well maintained and very peaceful. Breakfast was great but could be a bit cold for those that loves their food warm. In general, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would certainly
We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located in a quiet side street, five minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and the tram stop, making it easy to travel around the city. We were glad we had the Junior Suite - the room was quite large and had a Turkish bath which was excellent. The room was nicely decorated and had aircon
The hotel is down a back street close to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque so location wise it's good. The Hotel was conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque but down a quieter side street away from the noise. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant and the service was fantastic.
